We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Filing a DMCA Notice
To submit a notice of claimed infringement, provide the following via our contact form:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Site (URL);
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers where appropriate.
